2. Digital Products & Delivery

Instant Download

All Ironclad Docs products are delivered digitally via download link immediately following payment confirmation. No physical products are shipped. You are responsible for downloading and saving your files promptly after purchase.

File Formats

Products are delivered as Microsoft Word (.docx) and/or PDF files unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for having compatible software to open and use these files.

License — Single School Use

Each purchase grants a single-school license. This means:

  • You may use the documents within one school building or program
  • You may print unlimited copies for use within that program
  • You may edit and customize the documents for your program's specific needs
  • You may NOT share, distribute, resell, or sublicense the files to other schools, teachers, or organizations
  • You may NOT upload the files to any public platform, course marketplace, or file-sharing service

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of the purchase date, contact us at [email protected] and we will issue a full refund with no questions asked.

After 30 days, refunds are issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hemphill County, Texas.
